Sometimes response received from the prospect is not useful and you need to send him the upcoming followup messages, in this scenario you can go to "responses" tab on the Extension menu and delete that person from there (before the next followup message is scheduled). When you delete someone from the response basically you are instructing our tool to ignore the message received and continue with the further followups.
